As a member of R&D/BAS team, the Senior SAP HCM Consultant will be a part of larger SAP Team, which will advise, audit and provide technical expertise to support and manage SAP application operations. This is a hands-on role capable of leading support and technical implementations to ensure customers are successfully implemented and value-established.


Responsibilities:

  • Advising our national and international customers in the SAP HCM
  • Redesign and optimization of business processes within existing SAP-environments of our customers
  • E2E consulting from analyzation/offering via concept creation till implementation and golive of exciting and challenging SAP HCM-changes and projects
  • Training of key users and conducting workshops as part of customer advice, support and optimization of the SAP HCM applications
  • 3rd-Level Troubleshooting of incidents
  • Identify, train yourself, pre-sales and customer advice on new, innovative topics related to SAP HCM
  • Support our PreSales/Sales Team during PreSales and acquisitions phase

Qualifications:

  • Good written and spoken German and English (minimum B2-Level)
  • Several years of professional experience as SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT and OM) consultant (minimum 8 years), best case also some experience with Fiori Apps
  • Experience in project implementation and system maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of German Payroll-Processes
  • Skills in SAP Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA are desirable
  • Skills in SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and Integration from SF to SAP HCM
  • Successfully demonstrated analytical and process-oriented thinking and acting 
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientatiom
  • Collaborations with team-mates in Portugal, Germany and India are not difficult
