We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation Business Analyst. You will be responsible for carrying out process analysis with our external and internal customers to identify automation feasibility.
Main responsibilities:
- Interface directly with the customer on a daily basis to understand their processes and automation needs
- Identification of process optimization opportunities that need to be actioned prior to automation deployments
- Close cooperation with the development team
- Collaborate with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
- Compile costs required for RPA implementation and calculate business benefits – return of investment
- Management of process elements (demand, approval, access requests, security) together with the DSPU department
- Support the team in project planning activities, estimating, and evaluating risks
- This role will include creation of business and technical documentation for automation ideas, and user manuals per defined standards
- Communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Actively take part in global and local Automation CoE projects
Requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in supporting the implementation of automation projects in organizations, including analysis of business requirements, creation of technical validation documentation for automation ideas
- Business knowledge of any RPA technology (UipAth, BluePrism)
- Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
- Process Mapping background/experience
- Analytical and inquisitive mind with attention to detail
- Good understanding of process digitization solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication and business process awareness skills
- Pro-active approach and ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances
- Understanding of IT architecture
- Ability to communicate complex processes and technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
- Proficient MS Office literacy (especially MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams)
