Product Manager

• Knowing and understanding company products; participating actively in the development of future products
• Building and developing work organization based on Agile methodologies
• Managing and leading development teams of 3-6 people; supporting the team in their tasks
• Facilitating good, open and transparent communication with all team members
• Ensuring a clear definition, planning, execution of projects on time, within budget and requirements 
• Supporting the business side of the development by estimating the initial and ongoing running costs of the IT deliverables
• Formulating and being responsible for the design, implementation, security, and performance of a company's software and its further development 
• Managing system components, their implementation, development and testing techniques
• Coordinating both implementation and testing phases of the projects
• Ensuring that the IT deliverables are completed on time with quality
  
  

• Min. 3 years of IT Product Management or Project Management experience working with the development teams; e-commerce experience is preferred
• Previous experience in building Web App, ideally from scratch
• Knowledge business / analytical tools (at least one of Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Segment, Singular)
• Experience using Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) 
• Experience in launching Agile methodology (e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and its pillars into the company’s organizational structures 
• Proven experience in scope, cost, stakeholders, risk and change management
• Leadership experience (problem solver, the mentor who inspires and motivates the team; passionate, open and ready to go the extra mile)
• Experience in software development life-cycle of web-based applications
• Excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and spotless work ethic
• Scrum certificate 
• Excellent English skills (min. C1 level)

• Previous experience working with one of software programming languages or IT educational background 
• Entrepreneurship approach in product management

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes in software development
