As an ICT Change Manager, you are responsible for authorizing, documenting, and controlling all changes to IT services, IT infrastructure, and their components (Configuration Items, CIs) throughout the entire lifecycle of changes. You are the owner of the Change Advisory Board (CAB).The main goal of Change Management is to minimize service disruptions and ensure the quality and efficiency of the change process.
Your responsibilities
End-to-end management and monitoring of all IT-related changes to configuration items (CIs)
Assess risks, impacts, and dependencies of planned changes
Ensure formal accuracy and completeness throughout the entire change process
Analyze and monitor KPIs to ensure quality and continuously improve the process
Moderate CAB meetings and communicate with decision-makers
Engage actively with business stakeholders and departments
Collaborate with Service Owners as well as Incident and Problem Management
Coordinate release planning with other business units (SBUs)
Further develop and maintain the Change Management tool
Promote change acceptance through targeted communication activities
Your qualifications
ITIL 4 Foundation certification
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, system architectures, and operational processes
Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL processes
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Experienced user of Power BI
Proven experience in process control and optimization
German language skills are an advantage
