About the role:

To join an existing team of Business Systems Analysts in the card payments area, and work as a member of international project teams with various FIS card payments products in its architecture for customers located in the EMEA region.


Two major responsibilities:

  • Business analysis – work in the initial phases of projects according to the SDLC process. BA works closely with project managers and customers and is responsible for artifacts like business requirements, high-level solutions, estimates, etc. This kind of job requires general expertise in the card payment business, FIS systems functionality and integration + good communication skills.
  • Implementation – system deployment, configuration, support in testing, and go-live would fit here. It requires technical skills and low-level expertise in a given application.

What you will be doing:

  •  Definition and analysis of project requirements.
  •  Creating functional specifications that meet client requirements.
  •  Implementing developed features on the test system
  •  Supporting internal and user acceptance tests,
  •  Performing analysis and resolution of issues raised by customers,
  •  Creating project documentation (e.g. test plans, operational manuals)
  • Carry out business travel as and when required.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis
  • Knowledge of the card payment industry
  • Practical knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Solaris systems and SQL
  • Experience in IT systems business analysis and implementation
  • Some knowledge of Programming Languages, Unix environment, and relational databases is advantageous
  • Availability to business trips up to 40%
  • Ability to self-study
  • Good communication skills
  • English B2+
