• SNOW HRSM (HR Service Management), Knowledge Base (KB)

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow Certified: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD

Duties:

• The work will be a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application suppot

• Requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of ServiceNow HRSD

• Develop solutions on the Service Now (SNOW) platform, only within the SNOW HRSM (HR Service Management) scoped application (not ITSM)

• Will include Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development and support

• Overseeing application and workflow configuration

• Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application
