ServiceNow Developer

Your Role

We are looking for a Developer who will be a key member of the ServiceNow product team and will be responsible for implementing platform and product solutions that are aligned to the overall platform design principles and strategy, as well as general administration of the platform. 

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomes
• Be empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes
• Perform System Administration activities in support of the platform
• Support and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive and energetic way
• Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform
• Challenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do
• Involved in Scrum ceremonies, Release Planning/Programme Increment Planning, Upgrades, Platform operations and Management

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Challenging and constructive mind set, to ensure conforming with core design principles
• Decisive, creative, analytical and proactive thinking
• Effective communication and relationship management
• Experience of SAAS technologies and key technical components

• ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration and ServiceNow Application Development Fundamentals
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Certified Implementation Specialist
