About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

The position requires strong SAP project delivery expertise, ideally across both ECC and S/4HANA environments, as well as the ability to manage complex dependencies between business and technical workstreams. A key focus of the role will be cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth and controlled transition to live operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project

• Ensure delivery in line with agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives

• Manage governance, project planning, risk, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

• Take ownership of cutover activities, including:

  • Cutover strategy definition

  • Planning and execution of mock cutovers

  • Go-live readiness assessment

  • Go-live execution and transition to hypercare

• Coordinate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency

• Ensure a stable handover to post go-live support and hypercare teams

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering SAP projects, preferably ECC to S/4HANA migrations

• Strong project management background in complex, enterprise SAP landscapes

• Hands-on experience acting as Cutover Manager or owning cutover workstreams within SAP migration programs (strongly preferred)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery under tight timelines
