We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist with a strong business mindset and advanced analytical skills. The ideal candidate will combine deep data expertise with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to support strategic and operational decision-making

• Gather, process, and transform large datasets from multiple sources

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations

• Build and optimize data models to ensure accuracy and performance

• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for reporting and analysis needs

• Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with business users to understand analytical requirements

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reports

• Support continuous improvement of reporting standards and best practices

• Share knowledge and insights within the team and across the organization

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years of experience in data-related roles

• Strong business analysis & data-driven mindset

• Advanced Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modeling, performance optimization)

• Advanced SQL (complex queries, large datasets, enterprise solutions)

• Experience with data integration from multiple sources

• Strong communication & stakeholder collaboration skills

• Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
