For our client, a company from banking area, we realize a recruitment process on the position Senior IT Analyst.

Project Description:

Preferred location: Gdańsk/Gdynia or Warsaw

Can work remotely

Main Resposibilities:

• You will be responsible for preparing Data modelling/ mapping for the cards related processes
• Work closely with business on defined functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engage with external third-party vendors and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams onsite and offshore and be ready to thrive in the multinational environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation according to the requirement management standards.
• Play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.

An ideal candidate profile:

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, with a focus on process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proven experience with data modelling/ mapping is a must.
• Familiarity with cards processes is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its principles.
• Prior experience in any aspect of IT migration processes on various stages will be viewed favourably.
• English is required on business proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with external third parties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
