Ework group, one of the leading HR companies in the Nordics, is looking for a Product Owner to develop Verama products. With Ework you have a chance to work in a startup environment but with enterprise funding and long-term commitment from a well-established business. We are a team of 60 skilful developers, UX designers, and product owners. Our mission is to automate recruitment industry. 
 
We try to have an MVP mindset in everything we do and planning for growth is key.

Your main responsibilities: 
  • Gathering the business requirements for the product. 
  • Designing, maintaining and tracking the progress of the product roadmap. 
  • Planning releases. 
  • Managing the project’s backlog (we use Jira Cloud). 
  • Documenting the User Stories. 
  • Working hand-at-hand with the UX Designers and Developers. 
  • Working with stakeholders during refinement and backlog grooming sessions.

You're ideal for the role if you have: 
  • Experience as a Product Owner (3+ years) 
  • Experience in writing user stories 
  • Experience in the project management role like Project Manager, Scrum Master, PMO, or similar (5+ years). 
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities with competing timelines. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven experience driving product and business decisions. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with developers. 
  • Great command of English (written and spoken C1). 
  • Knowledge of UX best practices would be a benefit. 
  • Experience in running other mobile or web-based products. 
  • Quick learning skills to master the recruitment domain.
