What impact you can make

As an Incident Analyst, you will play a critical role in the efficient resolution of incident tickets and ensuring the stability of our systems.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Taking over, analyzing, and resolving problem tickets (accepting ownership of incoming problem tickets.
  • Consult with customers to prioritize incidents effectively.
  • Coordinate with service providers and stakeholders throughout the incident resolution process.
  • Collaborate with testing teams for thorough validation.
  • Plan and coordinate releases, including change requests.
  • Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation throughout the incident resolution process.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • German language min. B2
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Familiarity with Oracle/SQL, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, Java/Spring (Core, Security, MVC), HTML/CSS /Angular, JavaScript
  • Nice to have: SOA/JavaEE, REST/SOAP architecture
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Effective, strong communication skills
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills for timely incident resolution
  • Continuous monitoring of systems and applications
