We are looking for a QA Engineer (QA Junior Lead) who will support us in developing the Eventory platform. You will work in an experienced product team with a startup flash in the eye, on a unique platform that is a game-changer in the approach to events and data collection. You will lead a team of 3-5 manual and automatic testers. You will independently decide what tools, technologies, and methods to implement and improve the process.

Everyday Tasks:
- development and implementation of QA processes and strategies increasing product quality
- deciding on the type of tests at specific stages
- determining your team's work plan and supervising its proper implementation
- preparation of test cases and scenarios
- working with developers to improve product development
Our requirements for this position:
- practical knowledge - Web / API / Mobile automation, CI / CD;
- expert level in the use of test automation languages (preferably JavaScript);
- experience in creating automation tests using one of the following: Cypress, Selenium, Appium;
- knowledge of visual regression tests;
- ability to configure, maintain and support the test automation process from scratch;
- open and effective communication with managers and team members;
- independence and organizational skills in relation to time management and the QA team;
- min. B2 in the English language
