As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Growth & Advanced) to help businesses automate and improve their marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and eager to learn more while working on real projects. You’ll have the opportunity to develop both your technical expertise and business communication skills while working closely with clients and team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing solutions for marketing campaigns, including landing pages and email development

• Designing and implementing marketing automation programs and Customer Journeys

• Analyzing and optimizing marketing processes

• Extract data needed for automation purposes

• Preparing proposals and taking part in Marketing Automation strategies

• Setting up and administering Salesforce Marketing Automation tools 

• Leading customer workshops and participating in marketing automation implementations

• Participating in international projects and communicating with clients

• Testing and optimizing Marketing Automation programs and digital marketing assets

What will you need?

• Interest in new technologies, digital marketing, e-commerce, etc.

• Higher education/a university degree

• 2+ Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement

• Good knowledge of digital marketing

• Be familiar with data extraction and manipulation techniques

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and SQL

• Organization and project management skills

• Analytical mind and a desire to improve

• Ability to prepare & deliver presentations

• Very good command of English (spoken & written)

• Highly developed interpersonal skills - communication with business partners
