We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage our key product. The ideal candidate will ensure planned release and features are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring features are completed on time.
Monitor project progress, including of monitoring of all aspects of the project, (scope, budget breakdown, business case, milestones)
Manage, Monitor and Control the fully functional Development Team up to 10 ppl.
Ensure project delivery, by assessing project statuses and proof of work.
Identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication and data inputs between project teams, stakeholders, leadership, and employees.
Execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed with reports, also by scheduling alignment meetings, proposing required analysis and information.
Manage Scope and Requirements
Develop product readiness (DoD) criteria, validate test cases from QA;
Maintain a backlog and assign tasks to developers based on decomposed requirements;
Together with the architect and technical lead, design complex integration solutions, validate the development of non-functional requirements;
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PSM II, or equivalent are preferred.
