WebMethods Tech Lead

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a qualified WebMethods Tech Lead with over 5 years of proven experience in webMethods platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid background in developing, integrating, and maintaining solutions while showcasing significant technical leadership capabilities. A strong understanding of coding standards and best practices in software development is essential for overseeing teams and ensuring quality technical delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technical teams in development projects.

• Define technical standards and best practices.

• Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

• Participate in defining integration architectures.

• Provide technical guidance to development teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with webMethods.

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.

• Strong skills in integration and solution development.

• Experience in maintaining webMethods solutions.

• Ability to reside in the Greater Lisbon area with occasional onsite presence.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with webMethods integration projects involving SAP.

• Certifications in Software AG webMethods.

• IBM Cloud Pak for Integration certification.

Other Details:

This role will require the consultant to be occasionally present onsite at the client's facility located in Lisbon. The position promises engagement in challenging integration projects within a dynamic work environment.
