Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects within Global Software Solutions (GSS) organization. This role is critical for driving requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, and the successful delivery of GSS initiatives, directly impacting the future of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed specifications and effectively communicate these to development teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables.
Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement.
Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools.
Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability.
Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.
Must Haves:
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
More than 5 years of professional experience in project management.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in additional languages.
