Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the teams that power our products, culture, and future growth. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help bring exceptional talent into the organization by creating thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experiences for candidates and hiring teams alike.

You’ll work in close partnership with the business and HR to understand hiring needs, identify talent that aligns with client values, and guide candidates through a transparent and engaging recruiting journey.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner III, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-impact roles, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. This role leverages data, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency, surface insights, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex roles, primarily software engineers, focusing on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business needs and talent markets.

  • Leverage AI supported sourcing, automation, and talent insights to efficiently identify, qualify, and prioritize candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers on structured interviews, candidate assessment, and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure shared hiring goals, maintaining strong alignment and accountability.

  • Use recruiting data and dashboards to report progress, forecast delivery, and quickly identify pipeline bottlenecks.

  • Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive tech and product recruiting experience in a global setting.

  • Experience recruiting for global tech companies, preferably in Spain.

  • Ability to manage complex or high-impact requisitions, balancing competing priorities while maintaining consistent delivery and candidate experience standards.

  • Advanced sourcing across multiple channels and markets.

  • Comfortable using recruiting systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Demonstrates independent judgment in managing complex roles and guiding candidate engagement.

  • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics, identify trends, and guide hiring decisions.

  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume, or complex recruiting environments.

  • Applies equitable, inclusive hiring practices and upholds client values of trust, transparency, and accountability.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred:

  • Experience using Oracle ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Experience with talent mapping or market intelligence tools such as TalentNeuron.

  • Exposure to AI-powered recruiting tools, automation workflows, or recruiting analytics platforms.
