SUMMARY:
The ServiceNow Operational Product Owner plays a vital role in ensuring the stability and availability of the ServiceNow platform while aligning its functionalities with stakeholder needs in a forward-thinking Danish software company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Ensure clarity and order in tasks, aligning backlog items with the product vision.
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and Product Manager.
Participate in planning and retrospective meetings.
Plan and coordinate product releases.
Provide ongoing product support post-release.
Gather user feedback to refine product features.
Manage potential risks or blockers in operational activities.
Maintain updated documentation and ensure transparent communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three years' experience in ServiceNow as a product owner, business analyst, technical consultant, or solution architect.
Strong experience in collaboration with development teams.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
Experience in gathering requirements and refining tasks.
General knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities and third-party tools (LDAP, SSO).
