ServiceNow Administrator
Summary:
The role of ServiceNow System Administrator focuses on effectively managing the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance, reliability, and usability while supporting the IT service environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily operations and health of the ServiceNow platform
Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Apply patches, upgrades, and changes in a structured and documented way
Manage user roles, groups, and permissions
Ensure data integrity and platform security
Provide technical support and training to end-users
Create and maintain platform documentation
Generate reports and dashboards as needed
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow system administration
Familiarity with ITIL best practices
Good command of JavaScript and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude

Exposure to automation or AI-related platform features
Basic development capabilities or scripting experience
