Senior IT Analyst | Banking

rate: 140 pln/h + VAT
work mode: 3 day a week from the office, Warsaw or Gdańsk

The Senior IT Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to support a corporate banking client.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage requirements within the team responsible for transitioning functionalities between netbanks.

• Elicit requirements by cooperating with various stakeholders.

• Identify existing solution patterns and translate them into both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Understand data flows and integration requirements to support system renovation.

• Support the development team during the design phase to achieve desirable solutions.

• Assist the Product Owner in breaking down the product roadmap into features and backlog items.

• Ensure requirements traceability during the development process.

• Document requirements comprehensively.

• Support other analysts, testers, and developers within the team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT analysis.

• Experience in system integration within the financial domain, with a solid understanding of architectural concepts.

• Mandatory knowledge of RESTful APIs.

• Experience working with large financial systems.

• Proficient in agile methodologies.

• Skilled in requirements documentation using Jira and Confluence.

• Practical knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in documenting non-functional requirements.

• Collaboration skills with UX designers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs.

Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in finance, particularly in accounts and payments.

• Working experience with tools like Swagger and Postman.

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.

• Understanding web application architecture, ideally in the netbank area.
