🔍What You Should Bring:

• German: Advanced (C1) or higher

• 5+ years of proven experience in functional/business analysis and/or solution design

• Proven experience in Payments (Instant Payments SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, AZV, Target2, cryptocurrency) 

• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher

• Familiarity with business analysis standards

• High analytical skills with an eye to detail

• Good interpersonal relationship skills

• Ability to perform well on your own and as a part of a bigger team

• Basic knowledge of UML and working knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN compliant) is a plus

• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus

🔧What You'll Do

• Take on challenging transformation projects for our clients (mainly the financial sector).

• Convert client or product needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

• Organize and lead discussions with clients and stakeholders.

• Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including diagrams and models.

• Participate in designing user interfaces, configuring systems, and reviewing outputs.

• Build strong relationships with clients by supporting them, answering their queries, and sharing necessary information.
