SAP S/4HANA Architect – HR Focus
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Architect.
This role primarily focuses on supporting the S/4HANA Brownfield transformation with expert knowledge in S/4HANA HCM, SuccessFactors Architecture, and strong integration expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural and integration strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Act as an HCM architect for brownfield conversion.
Guide HR-related migration topics including SuccessFactors integration and HR Business Partner models.
Oversee payroll integration and CATS/time registration.
Coach HR and related stakeholders on S/4HANA capabilities.
Work on-site in Gentofte for a minimum of 3 days/week initially.
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of SAP HCM experience, including SuccessFactors.
Deep understanding of Payroll and Time registration.
Strong architectural experience with H4S4, SuccessFactors integration, and CATS time registration in S/4HANA.
Robust project management and stakeholder management experience.
Business background with a SAP HCM professional certification.
Agile SAP Activate project methodology expertise.
Nice to Have
Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in organizational change management.
