SAP Business Consultant (SAP FAST, FI, Integration)

• Contract: 6 months + extension
• Rate: 200 PLN/h on B2B contract
• Workload: part-time
• Work model: Rremote with occasional on-site visits in Germany (Leinfelden-Echterdingen)
• Project/goal: global SAP rollouts - The role supports the SAP FAST template rollout across various international markets.

Overview:

We are looking for Senior SAP Business Consultants with 7–10+ years of experience with previous involvement in complex global rollouts — preferably in the financial services, automotive sectors, or leasing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze local requirements, identifying deviations from the global template (GAP analysis)
• Create and align functional specifications
• Prepare test cases and execute or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform data consistency checks and interface validations
• Conduct end-user training and support documentation
• Support Go-live and Hypercare phases
• Document change requests and collaborate with global teams
• Creation of design and technical concepts for change requests towards SAP Template, based on local market requirements for banking processes, payment file formats, and integration to banking solutions
• Setup of Company Codes and Branches in SAP

Key Requirements:

• Experience with tools: JIRA, Xray, Confluence
• Capability to document change requests, test cases, and conduct end-user training
• Experience in handling banking integration, payment processes, experience with SAP FI, BC Banking module
• Experience in auditable financial environments
• Prior experience with SAP FAST Template
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, US-GAAP
• Hands-on experience with payment file formats and integration to banking solutions
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of German is a plus
