🌍 Remote work: hybrid 1-2 x per week from Cracow (an office in Warsaw is also available).

💰 Rate: up to 1400 zl per day B2B.

Summary: The Project Manager will oversee complex data change initiatives to align with strategic goals in the Data & Analytics Office (DAO). The role aims to resolve legacy data issues and establish robust data capabilities within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring alignment with DAO strategy and Change Framework.
• Collaborate with the Programme Manager and Portfolio Management for strategic alignment.
• Manage the Enterprise Logical Data Modelling workstream with a team of 6.
• Influence project planning, approach, and garner stakeholder buy-in.
• Work with Scrum Masters to enhance agile delivery including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee risks, issues, dependencies, and budget across multiple workstreams.
• Provide governance support through SteerCo meetings, Working Groups, and project pods.
• Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders and senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Strong project management experience in large-scale, complex programs.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Track record of managing data modelling projects in banking.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data governance, change frameworks, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in delivering data or technology-led change initiatives.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial institutions beyond banking.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
