Project Manager - Lisa Team
Introduction & Summary
The Project Manager role within Internal Team of our client is pivotal for the successful delivery of complex programmes in the loans domain. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in delivery management, with a strong focus on planning, governance, and stakeholder management. A deep understanding of loan products and processes is essential, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
PLEASE NOTE - the role requires to be present in the office in Krakow twice per month.
Main Responsibilities
Plan and manage delivery across multiple workstreams, focusing on scope, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and governance.
Demonstrate an understanding of loan products and processes.
Partner with Operations and Product teams for effective solution delivery.
Embed regulatory, conduct, and control requirements into project requirements.
Interpret and incorporate legal features into project requirements.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure obligations are met.
Deliver high-quality business requirements and documentation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively.
Oversee project milestones and track delivery progress.
Ensure operational readiness and effective transition to live operations.
Key Requirements
Proven track record in delivering complex change in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrable experience in the loans lifecycle.
Strong delivery management skills in planning, governance, and execution.
Excellent communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills for problem structuring and data analysis.
Ability to work across global teams and time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience with legal documentation and translating legal features into operational needs.
Exposure to automation or advanced analytics in a regulated context.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence) and hybrid delivery models.
Knowledge of operational risk and audit documentation.
