The main purpose of the Odoo Architect role is to leverage deep expertise in Odoo versions 16 through 18 to lead technical governance and solution design for various business processes. The architect will enhance system architecture, drive project delivery, and ensure the integrity of Odoo implementations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Odoo solutions for both Community and Enterprise editions.
- Design and validate technical architecture for medium to large Odoo implementations.
- Guide engineering teams, enforce best practices, and ensure solution quality.
- Manage backend, frontend, POS, and integration-heavy development efforts.
- Lead DevOps pipelines, deployment architecture, and ensure production readiness.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements.
- Conduct architectural audits, performance reviews, and risk assessments.
- Deep expertise in Odoo versions 16-18 (both CE and EE).
- Proficient in backend engineering with Python and ORM.
- Strong knowledge of business workflows across multiple domains (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting).
- Advanced skills in frontend technologies: OWL, QWeb, XML, HTML, JS, SCSS.
- DevOps experience with CI/CD practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of accounting configurations and financial controls.
