The crucial part of the project is the migration from the 8.2 Sitecore version to 10.2.
You will have a chance to work on different portals which are dedicated to both - Customers and internal employers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving upgrade to Sitecore v10.2 of multiple projects and instances in an enterprise environment.
- Driving upgrade of a lot of customization in Sitecore, eg. custom entitlements rules, synchronization with external system, and many more.
- Working closely with client/business to address technical issues in production and business cases related to the Sitecore application.
- Being responsible for designing data templates for all content-related information in Sitecore, bug fixing, customization of existing modules in Sitecore, user management.
- Being responsible for code merge activities, deployment packages and moving Sitecore package across all environments.
- Being involved in application development and developing reusable widgets in Sitecore platform which content authors make use of by creating web pages without any help from developers.
MUST HAVES:
- Experience in developing medium/large sites with the help of Sitecore content and website management system.
- Self-driven work mindset.
- Strong development skills in Sitecore layouts, and components (webforms, MVC, renderings, javascript).
- Skills in connecting to third-party API's from Sitecore components and showing the content on the pages.
- Solid experience in Solr search.
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework and Proficient in ASP.net, MVC .Net, C# .Net.
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools.
- Communicative English.
