Summary:

The L2 Engineer for Microsoft 365 provides operational and technical support within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations and high service levels for users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services including:
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Microsoft Intune
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to:
• Mail flow & mailbox issues
• Teams collaboration & conferencing
• User access & authentication
• Device compliance & enrollment
• SharePoint permissions and access
• Manage user lifecycle activities:
• User provisioning/deprovisioning
• License assignment
• MFA enablement
• Group & role management
• Support identity and access management activities using:
• Conditional Access
• RBAC
• Azure AD Connect
• SSO configurations
• Monitor service health dashboards and proactively identify operational issues.
• Work on incident, service request, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices.
• Support endpoint management activities using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Perform mailbox migrations, distribution group management, and security policy administration.
• Collaborate with L3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution and escalations.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Intune
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Good understanding of:
• MFA
• Conditional Access
• RBAC
• Azure AD Connect
• Identity & Access Management
• Experience in:
• Incident Management
• SLA-driven support environments
• ITIL processes
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
