This opportunity will suit a candidate with experience in application support, business analysis, reporting, system configuration, and data migration activities within a structured delivery environment.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Junior Business Analyst would be:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to internal and external stakeholders

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while managing support tickets and ensuring SLA compliance

• Support user onboarding, training, and creation of support documentation

• Assist with the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and new workflows

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout activities

• Support data migration activities, including validation, reconciliation, testing, and quality assurance processes

• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical delivery teams

• Support development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and management reporting

• Provide technical support for dashboards and reporting solutions

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Finance, or equivalent

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience demonstrating progressive responsibility

• Experience working with SmartSimple (highly desirable) or similar enterprise platforms

• Proven experience delivering L1/L2 application support processes in a live production environment

• Demonstrated IT Business Analyst experience, ideally within public sector or regulated environments

• Experience supporting systems implementation and configuration activities

• Experience supporting data migration projects, including testing and validation activities

• Knowledge of Power BI reporting and dashboard development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Excellent verbal and written English
