IT Recruitment Professional (Mid Recruiter)
Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are looking for a new member to join our Nearshore recruitment team in Warsaw. We operate in a very dynamic, rapidly changing environment that requires flexibility, openness to change, and a willingness to adapt in response to the needs of the business and our clients.

Our recruitment team has a wide range of skills and experience, and we are looking for a specialist who wants to become a master in IT recruitment.
Location: Warsaw (hybrid model – 2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of the recruitment process, from identifying resources on the market to onboarding candidates.
Ability to manage and coordinate the activities of various stakeholders, i.e., account manager, recruitment manager, on-site team, suppliers, and partners, to meet resource requirements.
Independent management of recruitment projects, including gathering and clarifying project requirements.
Cooperation with the Account Manager and participation in business meetings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and candidates (candidate journey).
Ability to handle multiple projects for several clients simultaneously.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment role (preferably Consulting/ Outsourcing).
Experience in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Proficient in Polish and English at the business communication level.
Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
Ability to conduct interviews with the candidate to assess on candidate role fitment and communication skills.
Knowledge of trends in IT market.
Strong interpersonal skills and quickly get along with other people.
