IT Consultant (L2)

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: Banking

Location: Gdańsk (hybrid model, 1 x week in office)

Remuneration: 155 PLN/h + VAT

Type of assignment: B2B

Summary: The Loan IQ Operations Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting core banking functionality while enhancing operational efficiency within the team. This position is centered around providing analytical insights and managing stakeholder requirements effectively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Create and manage requirement specifications (functional and non-functional).
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage tasks effectively.
• Conduct analyses to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Maintain and monitor relevant banking applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant job experience in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Oracle SQL.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of Powershell scripting for automation.

NICE TO HAVE:

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Helix, Confluence).
• Familiarity with IBM MQ and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
