Summary:
The role of a FinTech & Payment Solutions Strategy Consultant is to lead the design and strategy of a secure and integrated payment ecosystem for a large scale event. The main objective is to ensure seamless payment experiences for all stakeholders involved, thereby enhancing the overall functionality and reach of the event.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and design of a payment ecosystem.
Focus on digital payments and the fintech ecosystem strategy.
Develop integrated solutions encompassing payment gateways, wallets, and orchestration platforms.
Enable cross-border and multi-currency payment solutions.
Implement contactless and mobile payment capabilities.
Oversee merchant integration and drive digital commerce initiatives.
Ensure compliance with fraud prevention strategies, risk assessments, and payment security measures.
Facilitate payment analytics and enhance transaction visibility.
Integrate with ticketing, mobility, retail, F&B, and virtual commerce platforms.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in expo, mega-events, digital commerce, or payment ecosystems.
Strong background in fintech strategy and payment platform architecture.
Experience with payment gateways, acquiring services, wallets, fraud tools, and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of payment orchestration and merchant services.
Experience in vendor evaluation and technology selection processes.
Strong stakeholder management and multi-vendor coordination capabilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with large-scale public-facing payment ecosystems.
Knowledge of international commerce and multi-currency environments.
Familiarity with regulated financial technology programs.
Understanding of the Saudi payments and regional regulatory landscape.
