eBusiness - Functional Analyst - RFP-252244-1 for Syensqo SA

Introduction & Summary:
The IT eBusiness Functional Analyst will support Syensqo eBusiness platforms, focusing on advanced e-commerce capabilities and digital marketing strategies. We seek talented individuals to join our dynamic IT eBusiness Team to drive growth, increase efficiency, and meet our customers' evolving needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise in SAP and eBusiness processes, and the ability to manage and implement new sales and marketing functionalities.

Main Responsibilities:

The Functional Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business units and managing eBusiness projects.

• Support eCommerce platforms based on SAP Fiori.
• Implement Purchase Order Automation using Esker OCR.
• Establish EDI connections with customers using Elemica & Ariba Technology.
• Manage invoice archiving & einvoice signature applications.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate on Salesforce CRM integration.
• Document technical processes and ensure adherence to IT change management procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP ECC.
• Broad understanding of S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution functionality.
• Experience managing eBusiness & SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
• Ability to develop testing plans and document results.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SAP SD Fiori & SAP Hybris applications.
• Familiarity with EDI applications such as Elemica & Ariba Technology.
• Experience with Purchase Order Optical Character Recognition platforms like Esker.
• Understanding of invoice archiving & einvoice signature applications.
