DevOps Engineer – IAM / Permission Model Rebuild - Malmö

We are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience rebuilding and operating permission models in production environments.

This assignment is ideal for someone who has worked deeply with identity, access management, and modern cloud infrastructure in complex organizations.

Required experience

• Proven experience redesigning or rebuilding permission/RBAC models in production

• Strong cloud platform expertise — preferably Azure

  • AWS or GCP experience is also relevant

• Deep understanding of:

  • Entra ID / RBAC

  • Okta (SSO / SCIM)

  • Identity governance and access management

• Strong DevOps and infrastructure automation background

Nice to have

• Kubernetes

• Pulumi

• Experience with Lumos

• Security-focused platform engineering mindset

Personal profile

You are pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable driving IAM and permission-related improvements in collaboration with engineering, platform, and security teams. You can navigate both technical implementation and stakeholder discussions around access governance and scalability.
