Due to continued growth, we are hiring a CRM Business Solutions Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise to join our client in Dublin. This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge both functional and technical domains, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive CRM optimisation and enhance end-to-end workflows across digital platforms and contact centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
· Analyse, map, and optimise end-to-end customer and operational workflows (Website → Contact Centre → CRM).
· Identify inefficiencies and design improved processes across systems and touchpoints.
· Provide expert guidance and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
· Support both advisory activities (strategy, design) and hands-on delivery (implementation support, configuration guidance).
· Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
Background as a Business Solutions Consultant, CRM Consultant, or similar role
Strong experience in workflow and process optimisation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on delivery environments
Ability to define “what good looks like” for CRM solutions and guide teams toward achieving it
Brings a structured, best-practice-driven approach to CRM design and implementation
Opportunity type: Initial 3-month contract (rolling contract ), Hybrid in Dublin
