Main Responsibilities:
As a Coordinator, the primary duties include:
Regular participation in client meetings
Presenting changes to the client in coordination with technicians
Scheduling and coordinating changes
Managing approvals and sign-offs for changes
Creating, reviewing, and presenting reports
Supporting and backing up other coordinators
Leading meetings with technicians and, if needed, clients
