🚀 How you will spend your time:

• Comprehensive Ownership: Own the product design process, from co-creating the product development strategy to precisely executing each feature. Your role is to guarantee that the product meets and surpasses user and business expectations.
• Proactive Design Leadership: Engage actively in every aspect of product design, from initial research to the final design deliverables. Your proactive nature drives you to seek improvement and innovation in our product offerings continuously.
• User-Centric Approach & Collaborative Problem-Solving: Utilize user research to inform design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs. Collaborate across teams to solve problems creatively, ensuring design solutions are practical and aligned with project goals.
• Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Foster a culture of learning and growth by sharing insights and best practices. Mentor other designers and team members, enhancing the collective knowledge and skills of the team.

👀 Who you are:

• Professional Experience: You have at least 4 years of commercial experience in product design. A robust portfolio showcasing specific case studies is essential, with a preference for experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sectors.
• Design Expertise: You have comprehensive knowledge of UX principles and a keen awareness of current design trends. Proficiency in Figma is required, including adeptness with design systems, prototyping, and variables.
• User Research Proficiency: You have proven experience in conducting UX research, with a strong ability to extract actionable insights.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of how design components are brought to life using code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), enhancing collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analytical Tools Experience: Experience with platform analytics tools such as Smartlook and Google Analytics, leveraging data to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Ownership & Initiative: You possess a strong sense of ownership, capable of making informed decisions and taking initiative to drive projects forward.
• Communication: You have Exceptional presentation and communication abilities for client interaction, team collaboration, and company-wide project showcasing.
• Collaborative Mindset: An open-minded approach to collaboration, valuing transparent communication and practicing radical candor in team interactions.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2, enabling precise and effective communication in a global work environment.
