• Quality Assurance testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for the global deployment of the SAP Success factors platform, including integrations and supporting systems
• Serve as a quality engineering subject matter expert as it relates to SAP and SAP Success Factors and other applications, including building automated test cases and running functional/regression testing
• Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction
• Lead documentation effort for both test case automation, results and overall QA/UAT process
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document defects during User Acceptance Testing
• Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
• Develop and continuously improve testing environments and automated tools 
• Extend successful processes and automated testing tools across other business applications as required

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP and/or SAP Success Factors, including test automation experience is a must (SAP certifications a plus)
• University Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems
• Extensive testing background with a thorough understanding of automation test techniques, across all phases of SDLC
• Must have demonstrated experience and success in coordinating and facilitating testing efforts with end-users 
• Experience establishing and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks and creating reusable component libraries
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices
• Prior experience with other HCM and business applications such as UKG, SmartRecruiters, Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Dell Boomi are all a plus
