Job Description:


  • Tier 1/2 Support global SAP-SuccessFactors application by resolving production support tickets, addressing logged issues, managing users, and coordinating escalations as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilience, such as automation and integrations.
  • Create and manage all aspects of users’ application security: profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactors.
  • Prepare and execute manual data migrations as requested.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements.
  • Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.
  • Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics, including Table, Canvas, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, ZenDesk, Totango, SmartRecruiters, and more.
  • Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders, the development team, and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required due to high volumes of tickets. This may include after-hours during Month, Quarter, and Year-end.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience as a SAP-SuccessFactors, or Zendesk, or SalesForce support agent or analyst in a large organization


Preferred Requirements: 

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP-SuccessFactors Administrator credentials
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, and ticketing systems, including Freshworks and Jira
  • Experience with data tools like Data Loader and Demand Tools is preferred
  • Prior experience with additional business applications, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi, is a plus
  • Excellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency
  • Passion for working within a fast-paced, high-energy, high-tech environment
  • Must have very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and pro-active
  • Comfortable working on a variety of simple to complex projects
  • Being comfortable working with large organizations with a global footprint would be a plus
  • Prior experience with Agile methodology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems preferred
