The Digital Workplace Access Management Analyst is responsible for access management and provisioning with a strong emphasis on logical access control. Must be able to execute with consistency,
accountability and exceptional customer service.  Access is provisioned and processed within established SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • User access provisioning experience highly desired
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent time management skills for purpose of facilitating multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must work well independently
  • Computer literate; proficient in multiple desktop applications
  • PowerShell scripting preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and assisting with access recertifications in SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Provisioning/De-Provisioning access of employees, contractors and consultants
  • Modify existing access as required
  • Ensure requests contain proper approvals, review completed requests for accuracy
  • Ensure functional tasks in the provisioning process are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Adhere to established SLAs, established processes, security controls and corporate policies
  • Manage multiple concurrent provisioning projects
