Test Engineer (M/F/D)

The role:

Responsible for the analysis, planning, creation and execution of functional tests in all test phases of the project. Responsible for test cases creation for IT test phases and involved in acceptance tests support. Assures alignment between raised business requirements and delivered system functionality.

Your responsibilities:

• Reviews requirements and specifications and defines test conditions in cooperation with business analysts based on feedback from business representatives

• Designs test cases and test scripts, assuring traceability to agreed requirements and stories and required test coverage, recording and reporting outcomes

• Executes, interprets and records test cases according to test plans (for both frontend and backend verification)

• Analyses and reports test activities and results

• Collaborates closely with developers and QA automation engineers in test environment setup, test data creation and regression tests scope definition

• Provides guidance regarding technical feasibility of testing tasks

• Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with quality assurance area

• Coordinates activities within the test phase, if requires

• Timely delivery of assigned tasks

• Consistent quality of delivered work

• Effective collaboration with project stakeholders

• Alignment between delivered solutions and business needs

• Smooth and efficient execution of testing activities

• Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB)

• Experience in working with UML-based documentation

• Experience with test automation tools (preferred: Robot Framework
