Service Desk
We are the first line of support for DSV employees worldwide. What is special about us is our follow-the-sun working model. Thanks to our 3 HUBs located in Mexico, Poland and the Philippines, our service desk operates 24 hours a day and, together with the other HUBs, we follow the sun and keep each other covered. Every day, we provide support by telephone, chat and by resolving tickets.

In Process Automation & Business Intelligence Team every day brings new and exciting projects focused on improving and automating the way we work at DSV.
