Your responsibilities:
Comprehensive administrative support for Group PMO and individual projects.
Roadmap and portfolio management.
Updating and managing templates, processes, methods, standards, SOP’s and e-learnings.
Administration of central sites, project communities, and resources (e.g., SharePoint).
Management and verification of project documentation.
Ensuring adherence to Project Management governance and methodologies.
Assistance with strategic assignments for PMO initiatives.
Conducting onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Support Program/Project Managers in tracking the status of program/project deliverables and milestones, supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle.
Provide ad hoc project/program support, ensuring project plans and documentation are complete and up-to-date.
Generate dedicated project reports for various stakeholders and monitor key operational metrics (including assistance with Project Board presentations).
Participate in selected project meetings & host minor project meetings (actions, issues)
Update and maintenance of action, issue and risk logs;
Actively participate in development of the PMO team by developing new solutions, search for optimization and best practices
Our requirements:
English language proficiency at least C1 level – excellent/fluent in both written and spoken communication.
1 - 3 years of experience in working on structured projects as support/assistant/junior or assisting PM;
Practical knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile) and project management tools (e.g. Clarity PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Planner, others)
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Visio & SharePoint would be an asset;
Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment and carry out multiple tasks at the same time;
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally.
