Your responsibilities:

• Review product maturity together with business stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues in the IT department
• Coach in the correct use of, and improvements to, current agile work practices.
• Work directly with large-scale product owners and senior stakeholders to provide transparency and reliability to product progress.
• Engage and manage directly with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization.

Our requirements:

• Have solid understanding of agile work practices, and experience as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or other relevant agile project management tools. 
• A track record for working with product and process optimization in an IT setting.
• You possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills with all levels of staff and management.
• You are able to work and thrive in a changing environment, structure your work, and remain proactive.
• You are fluent in English. 
• Communicative level of Danish will be an advantage
