IT Specialist, Support Center EU

Responsibilities:

• 2nd line support for all DSV Road applications 

• Close cooperation with product teams, solving technical challenges

• Supporting deployment activities and making them as stable and safe as possible

• Building scripts to support automated deployments or testing

• Supporting and challenging product teams in their efforts to continuously improve their technical setup and knowledge

• Working in an international environment

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT

• Relevant degree within IT or engineering

• Technical support knowledge for either in-house or cloud-based IT infrastructure

• Great communication skills

• Ability to manage own time and timely execution of assigned tasks

• Willingness to work in an agile environment

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting

• Experience with XML for data analysis

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions

• ITIL Certification or understanding of ITIL principles for effective IT incident management
