Talent Management Specialist
We are a software house delivering advanced IT solutions for the logistics industry, and we are looking for an experienced Talent Management Specialist to help us build a culture centered around growth, collaboration, and continuous development. In this role, you will design and implement processes that support the development of employees, leaders, and the entire organization. Your work will directly influence organizational culture, team effectiveness, and long‑term HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
Talent Management Strategy & Processes
Design and implement the organization’s talent management strategy.
Develop and enhance processes related to:
competency mapping,
succession planning,
career paths,
development programs,
performance reviews and feedback cycles.
Partner with leaders and management board to support workforce planning, competency development, and team effectiveness.
Analyze HR data and prepare recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
Employee & Leadership Development
Design and coordinate development programs for specialists and managers.
Support leaders in conducting development conversations, providing feedback, and planning career paths.
Identify training needs and collaborate with external learning providers.
Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and transparency.
Organizational Culture & Internal Communication
Co‑create initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
Create internal communication related to development, change, and HR projects.
Participate in cross‑organizational initiatives (e.g., wellbeing, leadership, DEI).
Requirements:
3 + years of experience in Talent Management, HR Development, or related areas.
Experience designing development and competency‑based processes.
Ability to work with HR data and translate insights into business recommendations.
Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with leaders and technical teams.
Knowledge of HR trends, development methodologies, and talent management tools.
Excellent command of Polish and English.
Experience in leadership development programs.
Familiarity with competency frameworks and diagnostic tools (e.g., Insights, Gallup, FRIS).
Experience in internal communication or employer branding.
Basic knowledge of analytical tools (BI, HR dashboards).
Willingness and ability to introduce AI technology into processes
Experience in technology‑driven organizations or the logistics sector is a plus.
