Your main responsibilities beyond the will to change the world:
- Communication and relationship building with clients to understand their business and help them grow and succeed through our services
- Participation in defining the scope of a project
- Assist our clients in making crucial decisions at every stage of development
- Coordinating the development: planning project execution, schedules and motivating, supporting and guiding the project team
- Using data and appropriate metrics to drive your decisions and improve your projects
- Coordinating projects so the tasks are completed in a timely manner and according to requirements
- Ensure efficient resource allocation
- Review and improve the current processes, create new ones, implement novel tools and solutions
- Managing scope, timeline, budget and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentoring others in the area of project management
Main requirements for this role:
- Minimum 5 years broad experience in managing various agile IT projects
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against the best software development practices
- Experience in proactive contact and negotiation with clients and the team
- Ability to make clients' ideas feasible by discussing business needs and values with them, creating MVP and facilitating developers' estimation
- Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and extremely resourceful
- Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1); Polish is not required

Salary:
14 000 - 18 000 net B2B (+VAT)
