AI Engineer (Startup)

You’ll join a startup where you have true ownership over both technical and product direction, from architectural decisions to the performance of AI systems in production.

We are building an intelligent compliance platform that turns complex regulations into actionable workflows, powered by cutting-edge AI. We help teams stay audit-ready, even in the most fast-moving regulatory environments.

Your everyday playground:

• Designing and implementing AI-powered systems that automate complex compliance-related tasks.

• Building, testing, and optimizing RAG pipelines that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.

• Developing solutions for information extraction from documents, including OCR and custom parsers.

• Creating internal tools for prompt engineering, data labeling, and performance monitoring.

• Contributing to the architecture of AI systems.

• Collaborating closely with backend and product teams to ensure scalability and production readiness of AI components.

What are we looking for? 🕵️‍♀️

• At least 4 years of commercial experience

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience with deploying LLMs and building RAG pipelines

• Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and output monitoring

• Ability to design data processing workflows (ingestion, parsing, OCR)
