About project:

We are looking for senior automation tester to our Swedish client who is developing a product to automate business processes.

Responsibilities:

• As senior automation tester you will be designing and implementing a comprehensive test automation strategy;
• You will be reviewing and adapting existing frameworks;
• You will be working from unit tests all the way to the user interface;
• You will be enabling the product development teams to add and maintain the correct types and amounts of tests;
• You will be helping other teams measure the coverage and effectiveness of tests;
• You will be coaching and mentoring developers and product development teams;
• You will be collaborating with product managers, architects, developers, customer support and other stakeholders;
• You will be ensuring the quality and efficiency of product development process;
• You will be delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with test automation in Java;
• Experience and interest in coaching other developers in test automation;
• Experience with coaching or management of testers team;
• Experience with creating or refining test and test automation strategy;
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in performance testing.
